“Rita is a world-class facilitator of somatic group healing work. In my life there have been very few people, who have been able to navigate my inner protectors to help me heal from childhood trauma. Rita’s presence, intuition, knowledge, and experience allowed me to drop into myself and heal yet another layer. I feel extremely fortunate to have worked with her and her compassionate team.”

“Wise Night is truly a very special and life changing experience. Rita curates the most beautiful, authentic, sacred and safe space for healing and self-inquiry. She brings her full and complete presence in combination with her open heart to ensure every participant feels seen, heard and supported as they enter a realm of vulnerability and transformation. Rita has a rare and unique ability to “tap in” and guide participants through their layers in order to bring forward their true essence of self. Throughout this journey, I was able to be witness to my own ego and the “story” of what I tell myself I am and need to be. I experienced an ego death of sorts and freedom from my own conditioning through absolute trust and surrender to the experience. It was magical!”

"In my 20+ years of participating and offering group medicine gatherings, Rita’s Women’s Retreat stands out as magnificently exceptional. Rita and her team weave a delightful, deeply congruent somatic experience that respectfully, but assuredly, invites inner transformation. There is nothing that cannot be held in kindness and gently healed in this profound container. A deep bow to you all.”

Women’s Weekend Retreat
Together we will engage in subtle, nuanced and embodied moment by-moment explorations to meet emergent sensory, psychological and spiritual material - both in our internal and external environments. We get curiousabout the changing weather of our bodies, of land-based knowing and of human relating. The past is ever present in our eyes, faces, voices and gestures. We meet this emergent material with kind curiosity, processing only as much as feels right for each of us in the moment. This is gentle medicine.

A somatic relational approach builds a connective community-centred foundation for creating an impeccable group container. Somatic relational trauma-informed practices are based in a phenomenological approach in which each participant’s direct knowing, felt sense and lived experience is valued and honoured.
